• NEWPORT RENTALS – If the dumpster is to be placed on the street, an Obstruction Permit is required to be pulled from the Public Services Department either at City Hall or on their website.

• ABSOLUTELY NO STONE, DIRT, BRICK OR MASONRY UNLESS DISCUSSED (Fees Apply)

• Please do not fill the dumpster above the top of the cylinder

• Please refrain from putting food in the dumpster

The Customer will be responsible for suitable access free from obstructions, to and from the delivery site, and for ensuring suitable ground conditions for delivery, placement and removal of the dumpster. No responsibility will be accepted for the damage to any surface, as placement is your choosing. 

Should the container cause damage to concrete or asphalt during loading or unloading, we are only responsible if this is due to our negligence. We have specifically identified that a heavy container may potentially cause damage. Should you fail to return the container, we maintain the right to enter upon the premises and take possession of, and remove it, without legal process. The customer hereby waives any claims for damages.

• Air Conditioner/Dehumidifiers/Refrigerators: $33 each

• Televisions/Computer Monitors: $25 each

• Tires: $15/small, $30/large

• Fluorescent Light Bulbs: $2.50 each

14 days are included in the rental period. An additional $10 per day after the initial 14 days is charged.
